Could Use Improvement

App has basic functionality and serves the purpose that it was meant for. There are some major flaws with this app that need to be fixed before I give it a better rating. I didnt mind spending $2 for it, though. **to the developer(s)
This needs some major improvement if you actually want this app to succeed. There are glitches in the app and the entire layout is not appealing. Some effort is put into developing this app, but by no means would I consider this on the level of "excellence" I would expect from a member of the USAF. Improvement is needed!
